Each workout is 18 minutes long. You push as hard as you want, what you put it is what you will get out of it.

This challenge is intended to help you build strength and work on heart health by boosting your heart rate.

Have fun and push yourself!

equipment needed:

A set of dumbbells (I use a 30lb set and a 15lb set) you ideally want a heavier and lighter set. If you dot not have heavy dumbbells at home that is ok you will be able to push through more rounds!

A bench or chair
