The 20 Minute Body



The 20 Minute Body is my premiere full-length 30 day program where we will be pushing towards strength & endurance with bodyweight and band routines! I’ll be working out with you alongside two of my friends!

Each routine offers a modifier to follow along with to make these routines ideal for beginners and the more advanced individuals.
